The pre-processing study defines the endoprosthesis length and determines all necessary surgery actions, including hip’s retroversion-anterversion, so as for the surgeon to be prepared for the arthoplastic surgery.

The definition of the geometrical constraints, based on patient's anatomy, is followed by the selection of the most appropriate endoprosthesis from the endoprostheses commercial library or, if imposed by anatomical reasons, the design of a personal endoprosthesis. In the second case, the research continues using digital engineering strain methods on the bone-endoprosthesis complex.
